HVAC specialist

Responsibilities

1. According to the project positioning requirements, output the design requirements of the major;

2. Review and check the design scheme, and put forward optimization suggestions;

3. Review and check the in-depth design scheme;

4. Effectively manage designers and external experts to ensure the best design results;

5. Responsible for the whole process management of HVAC water supply and drainage system design, construction, commissioning and delivery of medium and large-scale projects (including high-end manufacturing plants such as clean factories), and cooperate with bidding management;

6. Conduct analysis and research on the development trend of professional technology in HVAC water supply and drainage related fields, and participate in the professional capacity building and standardization construction of HVAC water supply and drainage;

7. Provide solutions to major issues related to the project's HVAC, water supply and drainage, identify major technical risks and eliminate them.

Requirements

1. Qualification requirements: Bachelor degree or above in HVAC, water supply and drainage related majors, with first-level registration qualification/senior engineer qualification, with solid theoretical foundation and rich practical experience; with a class-A design institute and a well-known party A owner unit 15 Years of work experience.

2. Technical ability: Possess rich professional technical knowledge and practical experience, and can technically empower professional line teams; have the ability to provide professional review opinions on HVAC water supply and drainage design plans; have professional development in HVAC water supply and drainage related fields The ability to conduct prospective studies in the direction.

3. Systematic thinking and problem-solving ability: have good systemic thinking ability; have the ability to propose solutions to major technical problems; be able to effectively identify and eliminate major technical risks in the process of project implementation.

4. Management ability: Have certain team management ability and management experience, be good at reviewing and summarizing, and promote business improvement.
